Role Summary
We seek to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Commercial Executive to support our commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, commercial sales, and relationship management, with experience in the logistics sector considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and convert new customers to drive revenue growth.
Promote and sell company products and services to targeted clients.
Conduct regular field visits to engage prospects, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.
Deliver product presentations and training sessions to prospective and existing customers.
Provide accurate quotations and commercial proposals to clients.
Securely collect and manage customer documentation in line with data protection regulations.
Analyse customer and market data to identify sales opportunities and provide strategic insights.
Collect payments and manage debt recovery to improve customer value.
Ensure full compliance with internal processes and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Share timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain detailed records of clients, prospects, and business leads using CRM tools.
Address and resolve client complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives
Participate in the development and communication of product offerings, pricing, and policies.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of field sales and marketing experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG sectors.
Experience in sea, land, or air transport logistics is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful sales campaigns.
