One Team, Driving Growth: Team Viaservice Kenya Strengthens Product Knowledge and Operational Excellence

Team Viaservice Kenya held a two-day workshop in Mombasa on 16–17 October 2026, aimed at strengthening product knowledge, refreshing business processes and enhancing operational alignment across the team.

The workshop focused on deepening the team's understanding of the Viaservice Container Solution (VCS), reinforcing established business processes and promoting consistency in service delivery. It also provided a platform for knowledge sharing, team engagement and reinforcing the importance of operational efficiency in delivering value to customers and partners.
